Introduction

My name is King Cin. During my time on HF I've been known under multiple other aliases. The most notable ones would be Unknown, Cinnamon and Cin. I've talked about why I came to HF in previous feedback threads, but I'll do a quick summary again. I joined HF to learn Batch and Python, but ended up not finding them interesting. I then had a brief period where I played around with remote administration tools, ended up regretting that and joining The Brotherhood's White Hat Help sector in early 2014, which I started to lead in mid 2014. During that period I was active in the computing sections, but in mid 2015 I discovered my passion for Innuendo and subsequently, cold approach pickup. I'm now very active in the Innuendo section and help users on a daily basis through replies, threads and private messages. It feels good to help people get over social anxiety and other innuendo issues. Due to my experience with the subject through cold approach I've discovered a lot about myself and relationships. I'm extremely proud of users that message me with their success stories and how I've helped them, and honestly enjoy doing this. I even text with some members that are close to me nowadays. I will be completely congruent in this feedback thread, since honest improvement won't happen unless you don't filter your thoughts and write them the way they appear in your mind. I will try to keep it brief. I see long feedback threads all the time, and they're definitely packed with value towards the members and administrators, but I believe a balance between quality and quantity is needed. I can't provide valuable feedback about every section, so I'll keep it to
the ones in the common tab. If you want to know more about my work on Hack Forums, read the Cindex.

As for my goals, they used to be winning MoTM and becoming a Mentor. I've achieved one of the two so far. But I'd actually rather become moderator of the Innuendo section than get Mentor. Slim chance that'll ever happen, but you should always always strive and prosper. That's something I've learned the past two years. And I guess it counts for both online and real life situations.

Common

RANF: This section does what it should do. There are a lot of users asking the same questions over and over that are answered in the help documents. Whenever I have a question myself I simply go through /allhelp.php and after that my question is most likely answered. To prevent users from constantly asking repetitive questions I still think it'd be useful to either put a warning message before posting telling users to read the Help Docs and use the search button before asking a question, or to give users that ask questions that are clearly answered in the Help Docs a 10% warning level.

Suggestions and Ideas: Basically the same as RANF. I wish people would stop suggesting rule changes, repetitive marketplace changes and would use the search bar. There are a LOT of suggestions that were already suggested and denied, and people just keep on posting them.

Wiki Talk & HF News: The HF News & Wiki teams are doing a great job with both projects. Being an on-call writer for the news team allows me to contribute to this personally as well. The wiki team is also quick to respond if you want something added or modified, and the wiki has definitely helped me with getting to know more things about certain members or features. Hydra has been pretty busy lately but he doesn't really let it affect the news except for slight delays, props.

Ub3r Support: 90% filled with questions about rep abuse that end up not being rep abuse. Although I like this section since I feel like it offers Ub3r members a more relaxed environment for them to ask questions.

The Lounge: The lounge is just a place for everyone to come together. Used to really enjoy it but as you progress through life the repetitive memes and shitposts become less enjoyable. It's a great way to spend time if you have nothing better to do than sit behind your PC and look at random things at the moment, or if you're extremely introverted. The forum is moderated quite well, although troll threads and spam threads will stay there for some time if it's during the early mornings. Only way to fix this would be recruiting a staff member that's able to be online during early US morning hours. The subsections are nothing special but do their job. Nothing really needs improvement over there.

Personal Life: Now this is my jam. Innuendo is my home and you can find me posting in Health Wise from time to time as well. Innuendo is doing great nowadays. I still see some troll threads that get reported but no action is taken but aside from that there isn't anything that really needs improvement besides the knowledge of the members. The population of Innuendo is kind of divided between people that have no idea how relationships and attraction works but still offer advice, a small sum of people that have a lot of experience and post valuable replies and some people that want to learn tricks or techniques to emotionally manipulate women. I like the freshly added Recipes for Disasters sections and I find myself lurking there frequently. When I start cooking again I'll post up some of my recipes. Education Nation is doing what's it supposed to do and I've even seen some book summaries there lately which is really great. Bragging Rights isn't really my jam but definitely does its job since there are close to no bragging threads in the lounge this way. Vices is a home for the recreational drug users and a place where you can read a lot of stories of users doing idiotic things while under the influence. Actually a pretty funny place and a community to some. I've also seen some guides on how to create substances there. I don't use drugs myself though so I'm not there that often. Health Wise is a motivating place to look at. People are constantly trying to improve and the advice is generally good.

Member Contests: Nothing to add here really. I was happy when the money giveaways got suspended. Best thing ever.

SRPP: Very interesting section. It's not one I post in often since I mostly see it as a waste of time. Most of the people in this section are so grounded in their own beliefs that they cut off the possibility of having an open mind, so no matter what you say, you won't be able to influence the other party the way you want to. Trolls are dealt with very swiftly in this section from what I've seen.

Anime Adventures: I used to love anime and that's why I have a lot of posts in the section, and even a sticky, but I've grown out of it. You just change as time passes. Most of the discussions here make me cringe nowadays, but if you're having fun it shouldn't matter. One funny thing is that there are always people that believe with every fiber in their body that their view on a certain show or anime is superior, and that's very evident in this section. It's kinda funny.

News and Happenings: It does what it's supposed to do. This section has a very relaxed atmosphere compared to most other sections of the forum. I love reading the threads and discussions here.

Melody, Harmony, Rhythm, and MP3: It's been very active lately and it's a fun place to go through if you're in need of new music. Looking through it right now and I should post a bit more in there.

Movies, TV, and Videos: Luckily this section exists or the lounge would be flooded with posts about videos. Some people still post threads in other sections that should be posted here, but that gets dealt with pretty fast. No problems.

Staff Feedback

King of Hearts - You're the most public one of the staff members aside from Raj who recently stepped down. I don't really know anyone that has a justified reason for hating you, just people that whine about you giving them warnings, but that's just something that comes with being a staff member. Pretty sure we've talked in the past when Archive was still a thing. Keep on doing what you're doing.

Skorp - Apparently you were a friend of Pony, so that makes me like you indirectly since he was someone I used to do a lot with in the past as well. You're a ghost on the forums as a member so nothing notable there. Since you're still staff you seem to be doing a good job. Haven't interacted with you in any way before so not really a lot to add here.

Sam Winchester - I remember when you first got staff and I was pretty surprised. Pretty sure I briefly discussed about that with Dean in Instinct. Back to the point, from what I see you're not a complete ghost which makes you easier to approach from an outsiders point of view. You seem to crack down on ban evaders and users that violate the marketplace rather quickly, props.

Omniscient - From what I see you're sticking to your New Year's resolution of behaving differently than you've been doing in the past and that's something that's notable even with all the issues you're facing at the moment. More of a personal suggestion here, but if you've never tried meditation before, consider giving it a shot. Besides that, I've really had no negative experience with you as opposed to others. You quickly took action when my account was still under investigation and I contacted you about it and I can really see you're trying to be more positive than before in your posts. I've noticed you interacting more with the community lately. The members are the foundation of a forum, but a ghost as a leader is never good. While I don't agree with every decision you make (naturally), you're doing a great job. When presented with a time of automatic closure. Accept it and decide to take it head on anyway.

Hall of Fame

If you're not on here you're not one of the people from my underground syndicate. In all seriousness, this is just a list of people I respect. Don't ask to get on here. I have a lot of other people I respect but if you're on here you really are kinda special to me.

Ariana - I enjoy talking to you about various subjects. Thanks for everything.
Vyrеz - Vyrez is a close brother of mine. You've helped me a lot and I can count on you when I need you.
Tomynho - When you're in my city we are gonna go and do some cold approach pickup! 100%
Aurа - Old friends will always get a mention. We don't talk a lot these days but our past was important.
Errors - Also gonna be hanging out with you when I move to NY or LA. You're a chill dude. Hop on App more to talk in that group chat.
Rivalry - We don't talk a lot one on one but I can tell you're a very intelligent person that's able to adapt to situations rather quickly. You're also artistically gifted.
Krave - Thank you for creating The Order. Been my home on here lately.
zomgjulie - You're not on here anymore from what I can see, but every time I saw you post it had a really positive vibe to it. That's notable to me.
Night Fury - We've only talked a few times but you're extremely intelligent and carry yourself with maturity and a certain assertiveness. That's worthy of my respect.
Raymond Reddington - I've said this numerous time, but your group is great. Actually running a successful group is something that's worthy of my respect as well. I left, but I wish you and Legends all the best.
12Chainz - You're extremely chill and have good music taste. You're not serious 90% of the time but when you are, you're actually really intelligent.

Besides those members, thanks to all the members of: The Empire, Echo and The Order. You're all awesome.
You have really enjoyed your HF journey. Congrats :)
Nice feedback thread bruh, I agree with some of your opinions. :)
Any feedback on the current state of the marketplace and/or groups?
I don't middleman any deals on- or off-site. Please don't message me requesting my past services and certainly don't fall for anybody who claims to be me.
Nice feedback thread. Read some of it!

Marketplace? No. It's doing what it's supposed to do. One of my core mentalities in life is that almost everything that goes wrong in your life is your own fault, and taking responsibility for that will only help you. People blame their mistakes on others because that's easier. Let's see how that new marketplace-based group is going to be acting.

I posted about groups about a week ago, so I'll just leave that here:

Null: Active off-site. Security. Not beneficial to the community at all but at least they never claimed to be. Vinnie told me they wouldn't do shit for the community a long time ago, so no false promises here.

Echo: Group for people to vibe and don't care about quality. We do nothing for the community but it's still one of the groups I enjoy most, hence why I haven't left.

Nightmare: The Grim isn't all that bad tbh, but I haven't seen anything noteworthy and it's just a meme at the moment.

Red Lions: Never been in but they kicked a lot of members so they are probably up to something. I know they enforce rules and have some sort of helping system that's about helping a certain amount of people per week or something like that.

Riptide: Artists. Wasn't that active when I was in. Started off great and then went downhill when Glitch started having IRL issues. If he's back now it should be back to how it started.

Dawn: Was in for like 2 days. Group to vibe in with somewhat of a couple purposes. Tbh it was like Echo but less low quality.

Enigma: Not sure. Was supposed to be about coding at first but turned into a group wanting activity. Seems like every coding group on HF these days just goes downhill 0-100 real quick.

Fusion: Never been in but I heard it's dead. Idea is a good one but imo it would never work out on HF simply because members go inactive all the time and it'd fuck up the teams and events.

Squad/SheepGang: Was here for like 6 weeks and didn't do anything I deem noteworthy. Maybe the inside was different but I doubt it. The only thing I saw was a lot of products and services being pushed out. Since Squad turned into SheepGang now, from what I see it's just what Fusion was supposed to be. Let's see.

The Order: Lounge group with a family vibe. EXTREMELY active. I've talked to Krave about some community projects so we might do something soon.

Eternal: Semi-active group that focuses on lounge topics. Completely went a different way than the group was intended and at the moment when I left (~2 weeks ago) it was just a place for the people of vices to talk. I'll be honest though: I've seen a couple of good threads branded under Eternal's name.

Brotherhood: Group with lots of sectors. Pretty active at the moment. We are definitely doing things for the community, but I still feel like it's crowded. Cryptic has done a lot of different things with the groups over the year but I feel like he can't decide what the right action is. The current state of the group is acceptable to me. Can't say I dislike it.

Royalty: Heard it's dead. Don't know how it's doing now that Grievous is gone. Haven't seen anything from them myself.

Legends: Actually a pretty good and unique group. Looks average from the outside, but inside it's pretty amazing.

Minecrafters: We're semi-active and have our own server. Don't think we'll do anything for the community but we're expanding so I'm not sure.
Thank you for the shoutout. This is one amazing feedback thread.

Ayy, thanks for shouting us out
...
Was a very nice read, surprisingly as I haven't come to expect much from feedback threads.
I don't even know you but you make some quality posts in the innuendo section, I usually read them when I get the chance xD.
