In terms of Specification DOCOSS X1 Smartphone comes with 4 inch IPS screen with 5 points touch capacitive screen and Dual-Core Cortex A7 1.2GHz Processor. The comes with 1 GB RAM with 4 GB Internal Memory (ROM). Its a Dual Sim Phone with 2G/3G network and Wifi support. Yes, things that comes w/ pre-registration are most likely to be some sort of pozy or pump & dump scheme. Before this there was another firm "Ringing Bells" based in NCR [National Capital Region] close to Delhi, did something like this and had launched "Freedom251", an Android phone for just Rs: 251 /- only. It was later, found out that before anything alicious happens to any customer(s)/before they would've fleed w/ money .The agencies were knkowing on thier door for explantion, how & why so cheap?. Eventually some news sites claimed that they delivered their said product, what was promised.

Its also been estimated ^& later on being verified by the company sources {Ringing Bells}
that they had been able to gather more than Rs: 75 lakh [ 7500000 INR], just from registrations.

They just hosted it on cloudflare cheap hosting package w/o actually using/buying load-balancing services. & when millions of indians strike on the site at the same this is what happens.
