Am I allowed to start a service where I buy stuff for people on Amazon, but with a discount?

So basically I have lots of GC's, could people send me PP/BTC (70% of item total for example) and then I purchase it for them.

Middlemen can be used etc, just wanted to confirm the basic idea first.
