I had a guy adding me harassing me and told me to pay else he will ddos my business.

This guy is a kid and probably dont use a vpn, but no skype resolvers seems to work, help?

Skype patched the resolvers can't do it anymore.

Skype resolvers where patched in one of the recent skype updates as mentioned as one of the users above.
If you want to find this person's IP, your best bet would be to use a skype deob or use wireshark while in a call with them.
Otherwise I recommend that you search their username through a skype ip database.

If you cant find the ip you should # him to get their ip

Thats old school stuff but still in use.

I used to use google link shrinker to trick them into make them think it was a google link and not the # one.
