I emailed the admins several times, with no response.
I need my main account (Cibdex) to have the gauth removed. I fac-resetted my phone and rooted it and the gauth was removed, basically locking me out of my account.

GAuth gets removed usually without any real issue because you'd still need to know someone's username/email and password combo.

next time use Authy so that you can backup your data

Gauth disabled. Please follow the instructions for backup when you create your Gauth code.
