hmm this is a super strange thread.. Why pm just simply edit thread.. If you cant format force a format by inserting installation media, if that wont work buy a new hardisk/ssd or try wipe ur hdd with dban or so.. 🤝

How can anyone help you when you don't provide more info about your issue.

What does slow mean? When did the problem start? You tried booting into "safe mode" by pressing the SHIFT key before the Windows logo pops up on startup? What do you see? What happens when you click on Restore(assuming you can get into the safe mode)?
Hi.

Windows 10 is not slow compared to anything you had previously. If it was previously windows. Clean up all the junk files running on your computer. Monitor your browser plugins and task manager processes.

Very little information..
1. Plug a USB into your PC. Download the Media Creation Tool. Run it, create media installation for another pc. Install it on the USB must be 3GB+ it will take a while to download the os onto your USB depending on internet speed.

2. Find product key, download a program for that. http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/product_cd_key_viewer.html
copy down the windows 10 key

2. Move keyboard, mouse, and usb to a 2.0 port, not 3.0

3. Go to settings, update & security, recovery, and click restart now with your usb plugged into a 2.0 port, and your computer will launch the os installation automatically

4. you want to do a fresh install, so you click no I believe during the first step. do a custom install, delete all drives even the system reserved one, and click next and it will install a fresh os, if you somewhere express or advanced, ALWAYS choose advanced so you can disable all the privacy crap.

took me 15 mins to do

5. windows will automatically download as many drivers as it can, download any missing drivers later, disable cortana, and all the privacy bs.

Note. DOWNLOAD all drivers onto another usb different then the os usb, just incase there's no lan driver installed after the fresh install, this may happen on a rare occasion.

this is exactly how I did it, some of you may do it differently.
