opened a stub crypter with ghost crypter, now every 3 seconds a window pops up for 1 second. tried closing the process but it keeps poping up

Yeah, it's not gonna go that way.
Get ccleaner, remve the process from start up
Go to cmd type taskkill /? , use the format to try and kill the process . \t for force
PM me if you need more help
Ghost crypter is kinda easy to bypass , does it run on persistence as well?
Also I suggest you use sandboxie from next time .
