Whenever I set my Comodo HIPS to paranoid mode(I want to be extra careful), I get too many dialogues to deal with and most of them have very complicated messages to understand. Is there a book where I can learn more about Windows 7 internals which will help me set correct HIPS settings.

What is the recommended HIPS settings for Comodo?
