Was supposed to meet a girl from [BRAND NAME REMOVED] in a park in the city i live in this afternoon and she ignored me and didn't show up.
Some background:
This girl is really cool, great style, super into fashion, tall and pretty attractive. She got dem nice long legs :)
That said, we've been texting for like 5 days now and we clearly were hitting it off; similar beliefs, similar mindset, were into the same music, same kind of stuff, fashion etc.
I was going to come into the city this weekend to see her too actually, but I didn't cuz I had some shit going on, so we moved it to monday (im now posting this at 12:00 am on Tuesday, so it was technically yesterday).
Anyways we were texting all day on Monday, and talking about meeting up later in the afternoon/early evening. Talking about what we wanted to do. What we should do, either get dinner/hang in a park/walk around,etc.
We agreed on a park, and as I was leaving my place, i texted her saying hey im coming over ill be there in 45 minutes, see you then.
The iMessage text never went through. I get closer to the park and i text her again saying im gonna be there soon. Didn't go through.
Im a little confused, but maybe her phone just died or some shit, or she's in the subway and doesn't have service.
Anyways I get to the park, sit there for about 15 minutes, and then some older gentleman, 75 years old sits down next to me with his 3 dogs. I love dogs, so naturally we started a conversation.
talked about my dogs, about his life, he's got kids, grand kids, and even two great grand kids. He turned out to be a remarkable guy with a really interesting story. He happens to be black, married a white woman, had their kids, the woman then died, and he then remarried another white woman, didn't have any more kids wit her, but theyve been married for 40+ years now. Anyways about 50 minutes or an hour go by with me talking to this great interesting guy, and im like fuck it ok she's no coming, so i bid farewell with the kind gentleman and I head off. I think ok ill call her one last time before I leave. One ring, then straight to voicemail.
I then leave the park and head back up home, where I meet a friend and his dad for dinner. After dinner, I think about it, and I check what else might be going on. We're walking home from dinner and im looking at her instagram, and I wasn't following her anymore, and there were no posts on her page. Im like ok well she blocked me, thats no good. I then go to snapchat, and I can't seem to be able to send her a snap. She's not on my friends list anymore. Ok so she blocked me there too. I take a look and see if I can find her on Facebook, she wasn't there. (For Facebook, we weren't friends, but I remember looking for her page a few days ago, and could very easily find her).
Anyways, now im stuck at my friends house sleeping over, thinking what the fuck went wrong?
- I was extremely calm and composed throughout the entire few days talking to her.
- She seemed extremely interested in me, blah blah, she wanted to meet me, and I genuinely think she was serious too.
Then all of a sudden, it flipped completely, in a blink of an eye.
I have to say im kind of disappointed. Of course [BRAND NAME REMOVED] is a hit or a miss, what ever. But she seemed cool.
On top of that, above all, with my personality, I just wish she was honest. I would have much rather she texted me saying oh hey I can't actually meet today, and then she could slowly just give me signals like ignoring me or just acting shady so I got the message that she wasn't interested. That would have been fine. Im ok with that. BUT Instead, she leaves me hanging, I spend like over an hour commuting to see her, and I spent money getting there. LOL.
So yeah guys let me know what you think. And for all of you skids out there saying I got catfished, or she is an Ewhore, just save it.
She is a girl who goes to college near me, she is real. We snapped, She's got a detailed instagram, and a real facbeook.
She aint a part of the hacker world, so save your weird hacker responses for another thread, and have a heart to hear with me.
