Recruitment is now open. Start getting your applications in.

Also we'll have recruitments for more games later this week.

[TopKekeroni]

I am TopKek, a 17 year old avid gamer who enjoys playing Overwatch competitively. I have recently got into the competitive side of Overwatch due to my friends bugging me to join their competitive team. My competitive rank was 53 when I first got it, but it has since dropped down to 48 due to goofing off with friends in-game. I mainly play Reinhardt these days, but I can also play Reaper since he used to be my main character with approximately 2.83 KD every game. If I get in (assuming that I am praying to Gaben), I am more then willing to complete the required "10 posts a week", play games with the members and join the voice server. Thank you so much for reading, and have a good one.

[Incarnati0n]

Heya',

I'm Incarnati0n, I've been playing Overwatch since the beta and the game is just marvelous, I've found myself to be mainly a flanker role player, the heroes I mainly enjoy and do well with are Genji, McCree, Reaper, and Tracer in that role.
However, I also enjoy playing sort of the "calm and collected" role in defense, where I bring Hanzo and kill people from a safe distance, I also found myself to be quite the marksman with Zenyatta so he's my favorite support. As far as tank goes I just play what the situation needs (although I really enjoy Roadhog).
I think we'll have a lot of fun playing together on EU, and I'm looking forward to the voice chat banter.

[In‌sane‌]

Glad to see the recruitment finally started, really happy to see an Overwatch section.

So anyways, I'm Insane and I have been playing Overwatch since the beta and been enjoying it a lot.

I have always enjoyed really fast paced combat so Tracer and Widow is my two favorites even though I don't play Widow a lot anymore because of the mandatory random dweeb that plays Hanzo every game.

I have a lot of experience with the game and I want to see how high I can climb with a decent team, I'm not a main anything by the way and I'm very open to fill any role needed but I shine with offence/defence roles by far.

For favorites under every category it would be:
Offence: Tracer and Pharah
Defense: Mei, Widow and Junkrat
Tank: D.VA and Road
Support: Zenyatta and Mercy

Landed on 50 rating after my placement matches which I'm not happy with at all but it felt very out of control with random people so want to do the climb with a team.

Epic's Synergy Application [Overwʌtch|EU]

About Me

I'm Epic, 18 from the UK. I've played FPS games actively for the last 5-6 years, ranging from call of duty to counter-strike.
I do play other games on the side, but at the moment Overwatch is taking priority over everything else.

Overwatch

I've been playing Overwatch for only a couple of weeks, but I've grown to love the fast-paced nature of the games and how quickly it's evolved into a massively competitive game already.

I'm planning to do my competitive placements over the next week or so, and am planning to play actively in the competitive game-mode.

So far, I've been focused on getting good as a support, but branching out into tank roles has been my latest challenge.
Since my aim is decent, Roadhog has been an obvious choice since his hook requires some good forward-thinking and he's meta right now.

Other Games

I mentioned I play some other games on the side. I play osu! and RuneScape when I'm not on Overwatch, playing semi-competitively in the top 1,000 players on osu!.
Although I play a wide variety of games, FPS beats everything for me.

Why I think I'd be a good fit

I haven't been part of many active groups on HF. Ever since I joined, I've been trying to find a place where there is a sense of community.
Being in Synergy would mean that I have somewhere to chat with like-minded people who would be down to play the same game(s) as me :)

It would also be beneficial to share knowledge with others who play Overwatch, so we can all better our play.

I'd also be down to create hero and map guides within or outside of the SF to help everyone improve their game!

Cheers for reading my application. If you want to know anything else about me or my playstyle, just let me know. :)

[ProjectEquinox.HF]

About me

I am ProjectEquinox, I am from Sweden and I have played games for a very long time.
I love all different kind of games, I mainly play CSGO, Overwatch and League (though League I'm taking a break from).
I am 18 years old.

Overwatch

I've played overwatch for a while, not sure how long though. I mainly play front line, my favorite heroes are Roadhog, Winston, Reinhardt, Soldier 76 and Pharah.
I personally enjoy being the person pushing forward on attack and the person who moves the payload on those maps.
I enjoy playing with people and especially when there is voice chat.

[Incarnati0n]

Any idea when the recruitment is going to start?

I have just PM'd all the eligible applicants for processing, recruitment started since day one - but Delicious had a lot of responsibilities with managing different sectors (give the dude a raise!); however now I will be co-leading this sector and I will be processing applications on a daily basis.

I wasn't even going to read the whole thing since I've just started to get more active on Overwatch, but then I saw that new monstercat song and now I'm thinking about applying. Don't question it |:
