Curious as to why we have a FIFA section and not a madden/NBA section? Maybe have a group forum for Sports games and include the most popular ones? Lots of hype for the new Madden 17 and NBA 2K17 soon

Yep, that's exactly what I was thinking about for NBA.

There may be activity and hype outside of the HF but inside of HF (at least from what I have seen in the game sections) there isn't enough activity for it's own section. I think instead of having specific sections for Madden, NBA, etc. just create a general section for all things sports games. Then have prefixes with all of the different sports games.

People will tend to use other sections to discuss their topics if there are no specific sections for it. You are allowed to discuss games such as Madden, NBA 2k, etc. in different sections even if they don't have their own. It is not off-topic and should not be reported as such.

The reason other sections are suggested is due to an increase in discussion in certain sub-forums.

I think each individual section would get enough posts/threads to make it an actual sub-section. I've seen sub sections here with not too many posts/threads

If it were combined I think it would be pretty active. (FIFA, Madden, 2k) That way we can just use prefixes to say which one we're talking about, and the section would never die really.

Personally I love playing Madden/2k, so I'm all for this.

Prefixes could work too. Just a whole (sub?) section for Sports games. I just wanted them separate so it's easier to look for players who play the same game as you rather than flipping through pages to find the right thread

I think a combined section is the way to go if you're wanting this section honestly. As an avid NBA, and Fifa player I know that they can't maintain too much activity here, but if they were all in a section together who knows? The Fifa section should also be included in that I believe.

I think all 17 releases are gonna bring a lot of hype towards this forum. Lots of gamers recently and most enjoy sport games

For sure that is correct, but I am still not sure on the activity. It doesn't seem to last long before the activity dies down again.
