I'm just asking why not add an icon next to usernames either online or offline, so that communication between forum members can release much faster?

Especially in the "Marketplace" where there might avoid posting in the "Buyers Bay" on threads that are useless if we have an icon that notifies if we are online or offline

This wouldn't be accurate, especially for the members who have auto-refresh scripts. Also just because a member is online that doesn't necessarily mean they can do a deal because they might be on mobile for example.
You can't assume members will use such a feature appropriately, you will always have those members who will forget to change the option within the thread to say whether they are available or not.

I think it's whether they are online or offline, not a selected feature. And if they're on mobile, it can show a mobile icon.

I don't think that there's a template in the CP for this, and core edits will just get overwritten when HF updates later down the road.
