Thanks a lot man!
It also depends on your budget but I took a look at some microphones with decent prices and compared.
One of the most well known USB Microphones is without a doubt the Blue Snowball.
It has gotten mad good feedback and reviews and it's very cheap for it's quality.
You can get it here on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/Blue-Microphones-...B000EOPQ7E

Let's say I want to find a recording studio, how would I go about finding somebody?

Well it all depends if you have some space over at home and want a home studio built or if you want to rent a studio.
If you want a home studio I know about a sick studio designer if you have the budget.
You can find him here: https://www.facebook.com/MorelMuziekBV/
Otherwise I'd use Google to search for a studio room you can hire in your hometown.
Here you have a big list of studios you can rent as well: https://listings.studiotime.io/
Hopefully this brings some activity to the section but things like this sadly don't get a lot of posts most of the time. I don't have any questions but I just want to say thanks for the service and Regulus definitely has my vouch when it comes to knowing music.

Beats like:

or anything for rap music really.
I don't plan on making a career out of music, but I would love to know how to make beats and stuff in my free time.
Hello!
You can use FL Studio for any genre to be honest.
And it's known for being the most easiest DAW to use.
So I would say, go for FL Studio because it's pretty easy to learn once you get a hang of it 🙂
There are other DAW's as well such as:
Reason (Propellerhead)
Cubase (Steinberg)
Logic Pro (Apple)
Ableton Live

Currently I use Reason, and Ableton. I find reason to be awesome for it's virtual rack

Yes I've used Reason in the past but it wasn't really my thing.
It's different from person to person on what DAW they might like.
So it's up to everyone what they wanna use and might find easier.
Me personally find FL Studio easy because I've been using it for such a long time. 🙂

Great of you to do this Reggy, I've been trying to get into fl studio for the past 1 year without any success (still a noobie). Just simply haven't had the time because I am all about programming, but my dream is to be able to produce house besides programming and I will start slowly from now on. I think I'd rather contact you one day in the future, to get some basic help on questions I stumble upon. Tbh I have everything I need, Sylenth1, Nexus2 and vengeance kit so I just have to start producing I guess.
Anyways I also wonder if there are any good tutorials on youtube that goes through the building of a track, how to use the program etc. I seem to not be able to find any free/good ones as of yet. Thanks in advance!
