Endire/Gamer Fusion

He owed me 100$ now for some time already, but now since he started scamming Ill open a scam report because I don't think I will get the money back.
I sold Endire some time ago Sp@mNuke for 100$. But because he did not had 100$ I told him he can just pay me when he made some sales. But to be sure we setup an contract.
Contract
Won't post skype logs or anything, just too lazy and I won't get the money anyways. He is on a scamming spree.

But this contract creates a new Issue.
The fourth point of the contract:

If you stop the sales and have not send me 100$ at the time where you stopped the sales, I will get the ownership rights

=> Endire never had the full Ownership rights. His rights were still limited.
But he sold the Ownership of SpamNuker to [User doesn't want to be listed here] and [User doesn't want to be listed here] sold it to ParadiseDealz (Thread)
tldr: A not complete ownership got sold mutiple times.
Just posting this here, I will write personally with ParadiseDealz. I am pretty sure Endire did not tell this Hanzo and ParadiseDealz so they didn't do anything wrong.
