I would like to install windows on a part of my macbook 8GB/128GB
is this config enough or suitable for partitioning? please refer me to the best method

Have you ever used bootcamp? I know a buddy uses it on his mac to dual-boot Windows and it works perfectly for him.

Yea, I believe so. It's just a partition on your main HDD.
