Can someone point me to the right direction to what I think is about VPN's, Payload, Remote Proxy, SSH, and able to surf the internet/youtube/download (No Torrenting) using your cellular carrier network?

I already know how to use it but the problem is I do not know how to look for "free sites"(payload) where I can open a website without needing to have load on mobile data.

Payload is needed for it to work... But I can't seem to find out how to find those payloads..... ex. tntinstagrab.com OR marketplace.smartads.com.ph OR helm.tekmob.com OR those opera-mini servers that were caught and taken down by the carrier network and now won't work.

Uhm requirements is a mobile wifi/smartphone, prepaid SIM card with the specified carrier network you want to use the internet on, http injector app.

Obviously I have no idea where to start
