My wireless card doesn't supports monitor mode, I am thinking about buying one of the Alfa Wireless cards but i've seen many people complaining that it didn't worked so which one should i consider?

Would be nice if you told us the wireless card you were using.
I bet it's the internal chip that comes with the laptop - they don't normally work.

I personally use alfa awus036nh And it's fucking awesome. It's yet to fail me but a few times and that was because of the distance to the AP.
