Would I be allowed to giveaway Netflix accounts that I MADE (It's not cracked) or am I not allowed to give it regardless?

That's a shame. Can someone explain why not? As long as someone bought it, it isn't stolen.

The rule is not necessarily stating that you can't give away stolen accounts, it says that you cannot give away non-free accounts (anything that required a payment or has recurring payments). I can't really explain why it's a rule, it just is.

The policy mentions nothing regarding to it being stolen. It states that Non-Free Accounts cannot be given away.
