Started a "Unauthorized Transaction" dispute and then requested a refund. Previous customers know that all I am very chill with refunds. I understand that a product may not be for you and will refund the money. The moment you start a dispute that privledge gets taken away.

This explains a lot. He purchased my software and claimed he also purchased private proxies. But ez-proxy doesnt provide exclusive/private proxies as far as i can see? I had to block him from my support helpdesk because he was continuously spamming.

He even asked which sites I pull from and I told him. I didn't give him any reason to believe they were PRIVATE, non shared proxies.

The user sold a non-working spotify method to me for $20 BTC. He's claimed to be willing to give support, but he hasn't done so.

I want to have some faith in the user, but I'm starting to have my doubts. Hopefully the issues with him get resolved, and he doesn't tarnish his reputation. An account on a forum like this one is an investment in time, and, with patience, it can cause you to have plenty of opportunities to make much larger amounts of money. I would hate to see someone throw it away like this.

Based on that I figure he opened MULTIPLE disputes and paypal was like "Ya, Sure......".
