how can I unblock it ?

Can you give us more information? What's the name of the ransom notes? Were your files renamed? If so, to what? What extension was appended (if any)?

Is it a petya ransomware? or just a common ransomware ( like jigsaw )?
If it's petya I think it's very hard to remove
If it's a common shitty ransomware just search on google for a solution
