Can I overwrite .dll and output a different .dll if it's opened with OpenFileDialog?

Question's in the title. Say the original .dll is 12121212, and a user loads it onto my program with OpenFileDialog, can my program change the 12121212 to a 34343434? If so can someone please show me how to do that?

Like turning "du1nc8un2y23nc2c23c2f2vc2y3ucbd2C@#c24bvc2" into "1234567890abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz".

Yes. When you use OpenFileDialog, you are just getting a reference to the file.

How do I get it to output the same file with different content?

Using a FileStream, you can modify the contents of the file.
short answer, yes.

long answer... just ask another question lol

Also, you would use a hex editor (hiew) or something to change the values. remember if your changing the values they have to be the same size or the exe will probably fail to execute
