Never in 5 years time here on HF have I been scammed and I know that $15 is not much but this just annoys me. To be scammed and how he acts.

Replied back with my PayPal address. Sent two messages since it took him awhile to answer. This is the reply I get from him.

Nothing had arrived to my PayPal account. Sent him about 5 more messages.
No reply.

Then I post a new thread in the Currency Exchange section

Then I get yet another PM from him.

Replied back to him telling that he should pay me and yet again. No reply.

Then I notice he has neg repped me and said "Deal with caution"
