It's always funny when people have no idea how btc works. When you're at 1 confirm, it's pretty much impossible to double spend.

It was due to the nature of the transaction. There was a very large output going to numerous addresses.

For the first couple confirmations I understand waiting. However, he is safe to refund you now.

Nobody can, that's not how btc works. You'll need to own 51% or more of the network to double spend. And nobody would care about $35 if they owned 51%

If one could double spend this transaction they would be able to double spend any transaction becouse they would own 51% of the bitcoin network wich will cost like 400-500m $ investment to do and might not be succesfull.

A double spend is only possible before it has confirmed, or if you own 51%. People really need to look more into btc, it's quite a nice system. Except the 1MB block limit, fuck that shit.

All transactions get confirmed anyway. People who think sending the smallest amount of transaction fees possible makes the transaction unconfirmable are wrong as well. May take days even weeks but it does get confirmed and I myself have tested it and you can't double spend that way so don't try it folks.
