Changing Hard Serial Number

Hey everyone.
I have a c# code which gets hard serial number
Code
ManagementObjectSearcher managementObjectSearcher = new ManagementObjectSearcher("SELECT * FROM Win32_PhysicalMedia");

            try
            {

                using (ManagementObjectCollection.ManagementObjectEnumerator enumerator = managementObjectSearcher.Get().GetEnumerator())
                {
                    while (enumerator.MoveNext())
                    {
                        ManagementObject managementObject = (ManagementObject)enumerator.Current;
                        if (managementObject["SerialNumber"] != null && managementObject["Tag"].ToString().Contains("PHYSICALDRIVE0"))
                        {

                            textBox1.Text = managementObject["SerialNumber"].ToString();

                        }

                    }
                }
            }
            catch (Exception ex)
            {

                MessageBox.Show(ex.Message);

            }

Is there a way I can spoof and change managementObject["SerialNumber"] ??
Thanks[/php]
Well can't you just modify the code to give it any value you want?
Maybe you are looking for something like VolumeID tool?

I want to spoof it in my os.
Just FYI:

HDD Serial Number != Volume ID/Serial Number

HDD Serial Number: this value is 'saved' into HDD eeprom (Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory) chip. You have to physically access the eeprom with an eeprom programmer to do that. Which means you probably have to take your hard disk apart until you find the right eeprom chip and connect that to the eeprom programmer so you can read from it and write a new serial number to it. Then put it back wherever it goes and put your hard disk back together and stick it back in your computer.

Volume ID/Serial: its something completely different.
