Going through the section and the individual choice of users, I think what you have going is incredible and that you should be proud. The direction you took is phenomenal and the only qualms that I personally have with it is through my own experiences of a continuous decline in activity. Over time involvement withers. I'd recommend a constant hunt/application based search for new members alongside fostering and developing older members. The content is solely developed by the community, and the community is what you create.

The culture is lovely, and the leader is phenomenal.

Our first round of recruitment was very successful. I have brought in members who have provided amazing content and discussion material to the group. I am opening recruitment again to get some more like minded thinkers in the group.

We are a group that refrains from using biased opinion, rather than proving a factual counter-argument, and comments spitting other members for their own discussions. I do this to provide a spot where we can discuss controversial topics without negativity and provide a discussion meant only for the topic at hand.
