As we can see from the feature list, both are the exact same botnet. I also have a friend who reached out to the original Omega Net coder ( https://hackforums.net/showthread.php?ti...t=omeganet) and he confirmed that Metro HTTP is OmegaNET:

Aurous Protector was found to be only scantime, as can be confirmed by multiple members (Such as Fade, DeluxeSoftware, Jelokadi, etc)

well, i was actually looking into this aswell and i can confirm that there are some things 100% identical between litehttp and the net Thermal was selling...

Metro most likely didn't know it was rethemed litehttp since he bought it from OmegaNET's coder. Thermal knows that it is because he knows omeganet == metro http. And he knows that OmegaNet == LiteHTTP (as we can see on the last page of the omeganet thread). Therefore he can't defend himself like this.

Metro isn't liteHTTP fucking kek. Omega is and I closed all sales once I knew that.
Yo , Like 4 of my friends got closed for reversing member's software despite the blatant fact that the products in questions were either a pile of c/p junk or literally stolen code. Just sayin .. 🤝
