setting up Postfix (the email software) to
forward outbound emails through your ISP/GMail account and find a web page
that has the gaming system or weather information you want to capture

what would i click in postfix to do this? I have looked at information online but no luck.

I'm pretty sure this needs to be coded on its own. You can get any email client to forward to gmail but that other part of gaming system & weather, you need a script/code for that.
