I have lost my Gauth/2FA keys to my account and contacted staff via the contact form. It's been roughly 2 weeks soon, yet I have not received any kind of message back regarding the issue.

Should I keep waiting, submit another contact form or do I have to give up my account for good?

I believe that loss of your gauth is the same as permanent loss of your account. I may be wfrong, I would wait for staff to reply regardless.

I'm pretty sure permenant loss of your account results to repkill. Nothing else

Keep waiting. If you're not responsible of managing your own account with the excuse of "lost my key" then why should an Admin waste their time assisting you?

Woah, what a hostile reply. Having the guts to mock my accident as an excuse. I thought staff were supposed to help their community grow and thrive, which includes helping users who happen to make mistakes. I had not yet made a backup of my keys and my phone (which I used to authenticate myself) broke down on me.

I'm pretty sure I've seen him recover accounts without repkilling. Anway, good luck on getting your account back

Not a harsh reply that's just the way it is my friend. I've seen countless threads in regards of people losing their key when in reality if you use Authy you can back up your codes so there shouldn't be a problem whatsoever.

What if you make a backup but your house just so happened to get target by a North Korean missile (let's assume it gets airborne) thus destroying your PC and the backup.

If your house did get nuked by North Korea and you somehow survived you will still be able to have your codes backed up on an alternative device once you login, so that shouldn't be a problem either.

on a little bit of a random note, The term rep kill. What exactly is that? Is that just members giving you a lot of negative reputation? Anyway it is kind of your fault OP. The irony the this is a Hacking community and you can't even keep your own account secure and accessible. Probably time to go back to the basics when you get your account back.
