Does Skype resolve still work?

I noticed that skype resolvers stopped working several months ago. Is there anything new out there that lets you resolve an IP address?
Yes, it's been around for a platitude of years; IP loggers and social engineering.

Oh and some Skype accounts have old IPs, and if they are static; you can use that. Many databases cache IPs.

It seems you need an account to use the site on your link. Is there anything out there where you can just input a skype user name? All the resolvers I used to use aren't working anymore.
You can use a skype database lookup service:
http:/skypegrab.net/oldip.php?username=

I've used both before but they don't work anymore. The IP addresses they give are old :/

Then you should try to send them an IP logger or use a deob version of skype to get their ip.

Skypegrab still works, however the user must be online to resolve the IP address associated to the specific username.

Yes, I know. I just tried skypegrab for 3 contacts that are currently online and got a message saying there's no IP address for them :/
I believe it only works on skype accounts who haven't updated their skype
Won't work unless the user has a option disabled on his/her Skype. Other than that it will only display IPs from a couple years ago that are found in their DB.
so ino people will only say the same, but I wanted to add, to help, so ip resolves don't work at all anymore, so if your testings ips for security reasons id use wireshark and do it that way, all you need to do is add the account you want to test it on, on skype and call it, the account don't even need to answer and then wireshark catchs the udp filtered data and there you go, that's how its mostly done, hope that helps testing things out.
Just get a deob version of skype, this will work as long as the contact is online
