Don't try it in your own school.

ROFL, some kid which studies there probably did it, which is the worse thing about this.
That news made my day. Completely unexpected that a school has so much money to waste.
"No FAFSA? Bet!"

This is gold 🤣
Couldn't they just reformat their systems? Damn idiots

Man that's crazy. I can't imagine the thought process of the school administrators. Like.."How are we going to get 28k in crypto-currency"? And damn, the hackers that pulled this off, mad skill. And I do wonder how the school had that chunk of change laying around. Awesome share OP.
Lmao I like how they just blame it on the Europeans xd.

$28k is practically pennies for a decent sized school. $20 million is a pretty small annual budget for a public school system.
This is absolutely crazy.
In regard to paying in BTC - is there absolutely no way the police department or sheriff could get the money back? Or is there simply no connection or correlation between Bitcoin and people themselves.. (e.g detectives, police, fraud departments).

Apparently this was at more than one school and other places like hospitals. People have the issue with the same hackers all the time
