Your english is pretty good, you could always try to be active on site, and talk to other members in Discord, xmpp, etc.. you might learn a few words from there.
I'm 15 years old, and when I came to HF, I didn't use half the words I use today.

English is my native language and I downloaded an app on my phone to learn and memorize new words. They start out easy and get really difficult as you go through different levels. That might help out. I forget the name of the app, but you could search for it.
https://translate.google.com/ is your friend. I used it all the every time, that are mine english so best.

to be honest, most of it will come with time if you keep on browsing forums like these, watching english videos/movies and listening to english music. your vocabulary and fluency will increase with it.

I got taught a lot of English through playing (English) video-games with a written/verbal communication-system.
(In-game chat, VOIP etc.)
Read, read, and read. Watch YouTube videos for free lessons. Also, continually use HF. I've seen testimonials in which a lot of non-native English speakers say they have improved from using HF and other American sites daily...

Create a list of vocab you find interesting/want to use more and refer to them in your writing.
I would recommend watching YouTube videos of things that might be considered "High standard".
Like "Vsauce" https://www.youtube.com/user/Vsauce
Or other channels such as Numberphile https://www.youtube.com/user/numberphile
Or even Computerphile https://www.youtube.com/user/Computerphile
All depending on what you perfer!
By watching & listening to things you enjoy you automatically start using some of your neurological senses to adapt to the situation for example if you we're to watch Vsauce..
You might find a video that you really enjoy and then you watch it all the way through, soaking up all the information and then you might go explain to your friends irl or on Skype about what you've learned, that way you're not only learning a set of phrases (and or) words but you're also get more educated about common things that Vsauce talks about.
Hope this answer helps and good luck with what ever learning path you choose!
Thank you all i really appreciate the helpfulness from you all!
Try and moan about how shit your life is a bit more, perhaps mention you need anti depressants because you only have the Iphone 7 and not the 7 Plus. You will instantly fit in with most of the English speaking Internet then OP...
On a serious note, your English is fine, keep frequenting English speaking forums and just try and soak up what you can.
