Do you think Drones are out of control?[Long Read]

Drones are becoming very popular to an everyday average person, this could cause fear towards some people or yet some may see it as a very fascinating that this technology is very inexpensive and easy accessible. Now there has been situations where a father has believed a drone was spying on his daughter while she was outside sunbathing in her bathingsuit, the father felt this was very wrong and decided to grab his gun and shoot the drone down from spying on her. Drones are useful towards photographers and could be used a hobby, but the twist is how can you tell if someone is taking photographs of the nature or if they are spying on you. Many of these people could see drones as a troublesome and should not be as easy accessible to the public and be mainly used for photographers. Which ways could the drone problem be solved it could be possible to have some type of permit to operate a drone but in no way that assures no one will be spying on what you’re doing. It’s possible to set up scramble areas that will scramble the signal whenever the drones fly over certain areas. Drones have a plus and a negative time it isn’t purely the drone itself it depends on the person who is operating the drone not the drone itself. There are many problems but not enough solutions for these problems. It’s believe the drone problems keep happening until a major situation happens that forces the need of us to have laws against the drones.
That is why there is already regulation going on with registering drones when you buy them. Though it doesn't completely fix the problem, it is a start.
I don't think personal drones are out of control. There are good people and bad people who use them. Should we outlaw drones for the 99% of good people in fears of the 1% being out of control and wanting to see the neighbour's daughter nude? I don't think so. They hold potential tremendous value for everyone. Instead of having to rent out a huge ass helicopter, pilots, etc. you can just strap a GoPro to a $400 Phantom drone and take quality videos/images for 1/10th of the cost. This is bad for pilot jobs though I admit, but you can create new jobs by allowing the manufacturing of drones and the selling of them.

On the contrary, I think government drones are out of control. You have the US government using drones to blow up a lot of civilians and sometimes Americans in the Middle East. I'm against this kind of usage of a drone.

I don't know if there will ever be a complete fix. Seems like there's so much problems and little solutions. I for one don't see the problem with drones, but I've read many articles on people's troubles they have been facing with privacy issues.
