Post Image Site Censored
On Feb. 2, Omniscient censored the image hosting site, "Post Image". This includes censorship of the .io and .org domains of Post Image. He states, "Their HTTPS is invalid." Some members complained or reported that their thread designs, signatures, and avatars were broken, but soon realized what he had done. Omniscient added the HTTPS feature to the website back in October of last year. Since then, it has mostly been suggested by the community to upload their photos to Imgur, rather than another hosting service. >>Source

MoTM Suspended
The Member of the Month contest has once again, been suspended. The member Rʏᴀɴ Rᴇʏɴᴏʟᴅs ❤️ who was in charge of the first MoTM contest hosted this year has been banned for "PM Spamming". Subsequently, he lost his chance to run the contest. The contest is now suspended until further notice. >>Source

Omniscient Being Threatened?
The member, Tommy, also known as the owner of the former Hack Forums group, Archive. Or the member known for having over five Black Hat awards granted has recently left the forum a message stating that Omniscient had gone out of the way to get Tommy arrested. In addition to that, Tommy says that he will be coming after Omniscient and then later states that although some might say he is bluffing, he actually is not. 'Lost continent' found under Mauritius in the Indian Ocean
As impossible as this may seem, a research team, led by the South Africa's University of the Witwatersrand, has found evidence of an ancient deep below the ocean's surface. The lava covered continent, coined 'Mauritia', is deep under the popular island of Mauritius. According to Nature Communications, a journalism company, that Mauritia is the piece of crust left over from the breakup of Gondwanaland, a 200 million year old super-continent. Rocks found from Mauritia are being found to be 3.6 billion years old. >>Source

Posters critical of Pope Francis appear around Rome
Just this Saturday 100's of posters condemning Pope Francis for his actions against conservative Catholics and asking, "Where is your mercy?"
Written in local Roman, the posters accuse the Pope of having "removed priests; decapitated the Knights of Malta" and "ignored Cardinals". No group has yet to have claimed responsibility for these posters. The day these posters came out the Pope finalized a months-long battle with the Knights of Malta, which ended up with the Pope forcing resignation to the head of the Knights of Malta, former Grand Master Matthew Festing, who had publicly opposed him. Within hours of their appearance, these posters had been taken down or covered up by "Illegal Posting" signs from the City of Rome. >>Source

Nintendo's Fire Emblem Heroes Is Available to Download Right Now
Free things are always nice. Right? Well why not check out a new free-to-play game that has been released by Nintendo. Nintendo’s Fire Emblem Heroes is now available for iOS and Android devices. Similar to the main series for the DS systems, Fire Emblem Heroes is a "grid-based combat" game. Players will engage in turn based matchups and have to strategically defeat their enemies. TechRadar compares this game to Niantic's Pokémon Go. Not in terms of gameplay, but getting people interested in the franchise or helping "regain nostalgia" by releasing a free to play game that will catch the attention of the public. Resident Evil 7 Is Making People Sick, Even Without VR
The Resident Evil series has been around for as long as everyone can remember. The very original game was created in 1996 and was intended for PlayStation players only. Resident Evil is one of the most popular series in the Horror Genre. Have you picked it up yet? With your typical jumpscares, creepy characters, and vast amount of eerie sounds, theres something that is bound to scare you at some point. And it will. Resident Evil 7 was released this year on Jan. 24. Of course it is opinion based, but this game is definitely something to check out this year if you have not already. It has already been played by various different popular gamers and streamers and many videos are still being created and released today. Allegra Frank at Polygon stated that without even using the PlayStations VR system she felt nauseous. Frank says that the camera movements were a little too much for her. Frank states, "Resident Evil 7 made me feel physically ill due to a strong case of motion sickness." Did anyone else feel this way when playing, or was the sickness more from the gore that went on in the game? Do you get motion sickness from video games? Possibly mods for the PC will be created to assist users from this sickness they could possibly get, but for now people must deal with it. >>Source

Play a Fan-Made Pokémon Game in Minecraft Without Modding
Ever wanted to install and play a Pokémon mod on Minecraft for the PC, but had no idea how? Well, thanks to one of the developers PureCharlie, Pokémon fans can do just that. The great thing about this new "mod" is that, well, it is not even really a mod at all! This version of PokéCraft, we will call it, does not require you to download any type of mods whatsoever. All you need for this wonderful gamemode is Vanilla Minecraft version 1.8.8. At the games current state, it is only Singleplayer. Gamers have the choice to download Cobalt or Amethyst. Sort of like the original game where players had the option of choosing Red and Blue. Why not choose both, right?! A quote taken from Mat Paget over at PCGamer.com states, "The Pokémon-themed Minecraft map has been in development for about a year and a half, and while it claims to recreate the original Pokémon game from 1996, it adds a new region, unique stories, and 136 new Pokémon, mixing creatures like Giratina and Arceus with the originals." Think you have what it takes to become the PokéCraft master? Well you better hop on the train fast. Prior "mods" to Pokémon, such as Pokémon Uranium were shut down by Nintendo. Pokémon TCG Sun and Moon Expansion Now Available
Alola! The Pokémon Trading Card Game collection for Sun and Moon have been released. For those not familiar with the Trading Card Game or TCG for short, this news is not really worth much to them. If you are looking for a new game to pickup, read this article and then consider whether or not the game is worth getting into. Some of your favorite Alola region Pokémon have been added to these packs. You have a chance of getting over 140 new cards that are offered in these booster packs. What is very unique about some of the cards obtained in the booster packs are that some cards do not require any energy at all. For those unfamiliar with energy cards in Pokémon, to keep it short and simple take a fire energy card for example. Let us say that Incineroar needs two fire energies to use one of his moves. You only get to place one energy card once per turn. Using that turn wisely will assist you in the long run. So, going back to the energy-less moves that are now being offered, that is something to not let over your head. Will these new moves be overpowered? Stronger than ones that require energy? That is something to definitely look into. In the past booster packs, these packs offered EX cards. You were allowed to evolve your Pokémon using EX cards. You are only allowed four in your deck, but if you are just collecting that is not really an issue. We will not go into it but there are Mega EX evolutions too. Going back to GX, it is something familiar. Extremely powerful cards titled, "GX" have been introduced. Similar to the Z-Crystals in the Pokémon Sun and Moon video games, players will only get to use the GX moves once per game. These games will increase stats immensely, or will strike down with awesome power, helping you defeat your enemy!
