Resetting IPad

I have a locked IPad, Im trying to restore it to factory settings, its registered to my appleid, my appleid is closed and i dont remember any of the security questions :P Any Help?
idk bring it to the apple store
if it's not actually yours then don't 🤝 ;)

or try plugging it into your PC and reformatting it on itunes

So it's stolen or another option is that it is unwillingly taken from another owner. Got no solution for you, ituness will require the info as well when you plug in.

Its not stolen, i can prove I own it, just the fact that my appleid is closed, its already reformatted
Connect it to your PC.
Hold power off and the home button
after u see the apple logo just keep holding the home button
you should be able to reset it
Try putting it into dfu mode and restoring in itunes. But then again I think icloud activation lock will persist. Havent tried so I dont know. Worth a shot though I would think.
