Just did a quick search, hope this helps.
To fix this, go to your Android's Settings, then go to Developer Options. Finally, check the checkboxes to Enable ADB Debugging and Apps From Unknown Sources. You have not enabled Apps from Unknown Sources in your Android phone's Settings > Developer Options screen. The APK file you tried to install is corrupted.
This should help too. https://kodifiretvstick.com/there-is-a-p...e-package/

Maybe a dumb question, but have you tried to download it from a different source? I'm assuming so, just checking to try and help figure out the issue.
Also I know you might not want to, but factory reset the device and give it another shot. Very odd that you're getting this error.

Reset and start again, there's plenty of guides on the internet just keep trying them until it works.
Kodi can be quite finicky. When you reset your Fire TV what build/version is it?
Thanks for helping me after 3 years everyone.
