User was paid $400 for a job bitarena.co (not sure if more)- gambling site I was developing.

Not sure if we still have the contact info for his bitcoin address at that time. Will have to talk to my partner and the investor in the site originally to post proof of transaction.
He is refusing to finish the job and now to revert it to the original theme "sublime" he was using - the game was non functioning and wasn't what was requested.
More information will be added in but will let him reply to this first with what he has to say.
This project has taken over 8 months in total, the quality is shocking and the reason we let him stay on is he was learning as he went. *pretty sure he was learning web development too.
I have also had PMs from other people noting his work in the past has been fixed by other devs due to bad ethics.

Hm, my hourly rate is $24, multiply it by 8 hours per day for 12 months minus 2-3 months
