We agreed upon a deal of ~$300 BTC for $340 PP. The deal was officially made at 11 am and as soon as I sent the payment he went offline for 7 hours, saying he had uni and that he was home. Then proceeded to do nothing for the rest of the day and even though he was online HF.

I sent him multiple messages after that about my concern, he was online to read them but did not respond.

Thank god that was only my rent money, and that I can't use the trust scan anymore for some reason.

UPDATE:

Responded with yes sir when I asked him to refund the BTC or pay with PP. Hopefully it's not to waste my time.

If he actually cared about his exchange service he wouldn't ignore two of his clients for two days. Even if his intention isn't to scam, I was still forced to borrow money to pay my rent because of him which basically spoils the service.

I had called him out on his scam report a while back on his currency exchange thread and he got mad and false neg repped me. Low quality member.
