How Can I bind a exe program with a external files?

hey there I am trying to make a program which is coded in visual basic so whenever I click on a program its executed but when I try to execute from debug its show me a error saying there is no external binded file. :3

I want to make a program standalone that will work on every pc without any other files just an .exe.
is there any code or somewthin will be appreciated... (Y)
