Need help to learn programming for hacking

I want to begin learning how to start making my own code to hack with, in other words I want to stop being a "Script Kiddie" and start being a actual hacker. I'm not so much looking for a mentor, although for any kind souls out there that wouldn't mind taking an apprentice please PM me, I believe a mentor would make learning a little less tedious and a little more fun, but rather I am more asking for any general information, such as: where to start, good reliable resources/ tools, which languages are best for which type of hacking, etc. I do know some basic Python and HTML coding but that's about it. Anything that could/would help will be appreciated.
For the L33t art of h4(k5?
Learn some MORE python (You can never have to much of that good snake if you know what I'm saying), then maybe dive into some C languages.
In short, I would recommend Python, C/C++, Java, Perl, and Python.

Here are some pretty good sites for learning: https://www.codecademy.com/ and / or https://mva.microsoft.com/
Can you hear my weed?

cuz it's loud
Maybe you can try to learn c++, it can run in almost operating system and its powerful
Just get pro into programming and you will be able to make hacking tools.
Or you can tell what you want to a programmer and he will make it for you only for some money :D
Where would be the best place to start learning c++? As in what website or learning material
You can start with c++ programming.
What kind of hacking do you wanna learn?

Hacking web softwares (SQL injections, PHP code audit and exploitation...) ? -> Learn python, PHP, SQL, HTML(along with CSS), Javascript
Hacking softwares (reverse engineering, making cheat codes for games...) -> Learn C (or C++ but you can learn both), Assembly (for reverse engineering)
Hardware hacking (desoldering, dumping ram, moding your devices...) -> Assembly and c++ will help you to make tools

JavaScript, PHP, C and C++ have a similar syntax so learning one will help you to learn others (in term of syntax)

Good Answer!

I am going to add two more points to the list:

Android (security tools, network scanners, vulnerability scanners, trojans...): Java
iPhone (security tools, network scanners, vulnerability scanners...): Swift
Python is great to start with. After mastering python i'd suggest learning networking and c++.
You don't need a mentor to learn programming, you just need dedication and persistence. Check out https://www.codingame.com/start which gives you fun challenges using flash games that you program to complete.

As mentioned above you really need to decide what kind of "hacking" you want to do. Web based, application based, etc. Python is a great language to learn no matter the field but you will need to decide where to go from there. C and C++ will be go tos for executable programs for malware. SQL/PHP/HTML are standards for web application stuff. I mean the list is long, you just have to figure out what motivates you, what is your passion and get going. Once you learn one programming language it is easy to dive into others because you just have to learn syntax.

If you are looking at doing more then just quick scripts/tools, and want to really dive into programming then you should pick up a good book about computer science, or pay for a good course from coursea. Everything can be learned for free of course, but sometimes a paid course will give you proper structure and support.

Drink all the booze, hack all the things!

Just post. This has allowed me to discern and make take the path based on my interests.
