How can i do it like "Click here to download" and they just click on it to download the file.
that's not how messageboxes work im afraid, make a form that looks like one if it's required
I am getting the data in the messagebox from a webserver, I edit .txt file everytime i want to change the message..
Instead you can make a YES, NO, CANCEL button (using the msgbox show options) and yes that if you choose Yes, it will download the file... Else like Rabite said, you will have to make a form.

What are you using to read the file ? WebClient ? HTTPWebRequest?

You can store it in a string and do a simple if condition.

if (string = "YES") then
' Your code here
else
' your code here
End if
