Can't Find Form Load Event

Little help? Don't really know why I am getting this error.

"Event 'Load' cannot be found"
Code
Public Class Form1
    Private Sub Form1_Load(ByVal sender As Object, ByVal e As System.EventArgs) Handles MyBase.Load
        Dim Test As New Form1
        Test.Test2()
    End Sub
End Class
Check in your designer in the properties window in the bottom right if the event is subscribed to. Also check your designer file.
God dammit the VB.NET syntax is aids.

Hover over "Load" and tell me if it gives you an option to import anything?

Oh I'm pretty well educated on the topic, I'm just giving my opinions.
The method is subscribed by base (mybase.load) so have you messed with the actual designer file and removed the Form inheritance statement? Is this class independent of the actual Form1?

Recreated the form1 and made sure your last statement was followed correctly.
Seemed to fix the issue, thanks!
