Use MDI forms.

Forms & Panels are both parent containers, so you can just put the controls you would have into your panel & show or hide the panel depending on your needs. Hiding a panel hides all the controls in it by the way.

I don't think you are able too, but, you can make a custom control and add controls in that custom control, then paste that custom control into a panel, then destroy it when not used because if you don't, you're just wasting resources and memory.
