Seems like accused person is in scamming spree .. some others report against him too . Sorry for your Loss OP and i hope it will be resolved . Add the dispute to DD Database .

Its sad and pathetic seeing all these scam reports.... grow up people! contribute something instead of leeching. its 40 dollars, pay the man. Always check reputation before making deals.

Oh, and dont spend that 40 dollars all in one place!

Thanks for review, the guy online all the time on skype only responded before the payment after the payment he started making excuses, I don't understand HF have very strict rules against scam still that guy is not responding
