We're all about helping the community. Creating essential tools, providing services for many, hosting events that will be remembered. If you want to be the reason why HF will get better, this is your chance. Groups are shit, yes. Let's fix that. The community has gotten less exciting compared to 2010-2014. If you're new, you wouldn't understand. It's time to fix things as a group, as a community. All talk, no action. Let's flip it: all action, no talk. If you're full of shit, stay away. I don't have time to chase you around. I want the best members who have the energy and joy of helping others. Let's begin.

Q: Do you currently have any ideas on how you'd like to fix, make the community a better place?
A: Taking advantage of the API and creating services, apps, sites, and tools is a huge push I'll be making. There's so much to do with the API, ideas that aren't even thought of yet. Besides that, there's a few slightly more common ideas that, if executed correctly, could bring a lot of attention to.
Q: How do you think the community sees HackForums groups? What makes you different from other groups saying they want to make the community better? A lot of promises have been made in the past but they were not put through. "All talk, no action. Let's flip it: all action, no talk." Will you be able to live up to the promises made?
A: A lot of people don't apply to groups because they find them useless. Many groups end up just becoming a lounge group with no purpose. Like how Red Lions brought something great to the community (Scammer Database, which is now an official tool), Polyzen will be doing the same. The group won't be running like a normal group, it will have a structured system that I use for HFNT. It's taking the group and breaking them up into small teams where each member will have one skill: writer, designer, coder, or marketer. The team collaborates on the projects and help each other out. I've noticed that when the leader goes inactive, groups come to a pause and not many of the members do anything. These teams will lead themselves. They have the objective and deadline, they'll work on meeting it. There's no higher leadership that needs to be constantly babysitting them like a generic group on HF. Nothing is 100% until done, but my one goal is to deliver what I've said. With that said, it's not all up to me. The members need to be able to put in their part as well. This isn't a one man job, it's a team effort.
Q: What kind of "events" are we talking about? Are you focusing on any section(s) of the forum in particular? What is your goal in terms of group size?
A: Gaming, Tech-related, design, etc. Like how Titans hosted the Casino or Polymath's big event, we'll be hosting our own events to encourage the community to socialize. No sections in specific but we'll put more focus on trending sections (e.g. API, Cryptocurrency) a bit more. We'll invite/recruit as many members as we need to consistently release products, tools, services, etc. Having 50 members won't mean all 50 are working on one project though, we'll be working on multiple projects at once. Each team or two will have their own project.
Q: Is the group going to be similar to Polymath in terms of motivations and agenda? Obviously with your own style though.
A: Somewhat, it's a mixture of Titans, Red Lions, HFNT, and Polymath. Each of those groups have done something unique and I'd like to take a piece of each and continue making greatness. :) But yea, with my own style.
