Anyone else have an issue with their payments being held going through Rocketr?

If I get sent money directly, no holds.

Rocketr, first couple had a 3 day hold
Now I have a 14 day hold.

What is happening?

It's because you're being sent the money through Goods & Services instead of Friends & Family.

I verify my information on PayPal and they give me the first $1000 with no holds

if you verify your paypal it should speed up the process also try having customers add a note to the payment stating they have recieved what they paid for

My PP is verified, card and bank.
Customer also marked as received.

Not sure why this is happening for you. My PP is fully verified and I never have this problem

This is pretty odd , since you saying that when you sending direct Payments in PayPal then no hold . I guess you should contact Orgy or King of Hearts about this issue and they can explain you better for it as they are staff of Rocketr , May be something related of setup of your item in Rocketr .

You had to create a business paypal instead of a personal one.

Is this a business paypal or a personal one? A couple others have had the issue and it seems the issue is that the paypal is not a business account.

It seems that lately paypal has been actively preventing non-business accounts from sending/receiving too much money as goods and services.

It's business now, will have to wait and see how that goes.

this can be for various number of paypals policy regarding your account. if you sell stuff and not receive the money as family member things such below written creates the hold up.
• You have been an eBay and PayPal member for less than 6 months
• You have an eBay feedback score of less than 100 and do not have a record of good performance
• You have a Buyer dissatisfaction percentage of 5% or greater
• You have an average Detailed Seller Rating (DSR) of less than 4.5
• You have received fewer than 20 Detailed Seller Ratings in the last 12 months
• You have a high rate of customer disputes
• You’re selling in a high risk category or industry such as, tickets, travel, gift certificates, computers, consumer electronics or mobile phones


For instance this is what is says on withhold payments:
Payments you receive go to your pending balance. Payments in your pending balance belong to you, but you can't use them or withdraw them. After you have a successful selling history with us, payments you receive go directly into your available balance shortly after they're sent, as long as your customer hasn't reported any problems with the purchase.
