Or someone from his close team. I would like help on this manner. To get in personal phone call with account specialist or someone similar. Not just regular customer service who can't do anything, if anyone has any knowledge on how to approach this let me know.

I suppose if you call customer service and insist to speak to a supervisor, then tell the supervisor what you have to say, and if he considers it important enough he may let you talk to someone higher up, and so on and so forth.

Yeah he's an AGC buyer, but not all AGC's get scammed/carded. Sometimes they're SE'ed which in their system shows up as legit js. Maybe it's a legit reason, for a legit issue?
