I kind of want to upgrade, but I feel like if I do that I'm just going to get treated differently than other users who aren't and such, plus it's just money from the wallet.
Do you guys think its worth upgrading to 3pic or l33t? I can only afford 1 at the moment.

I'll just be blatantly honest: it's entirely up to you.
Yes, [n]some[/b] users may possibly see you in a different light unlike other users. But, personally, I don't give a frozen frogs ass what color your username is, if you're upgraded, or if you even mowed my lawn. Just be a considerate, appreciative, understanding, and sharing member with the community.

No one does that, it's against the rules to ask for rep in the first place.
People tend to trust upgraded users over non-upgraded users, as long as their profile
looks someone legit (trust scan thing and background history).

It's up to you. If you use the marketplace a lot, you may want to consider getting L33T and eventually getting UB3R
as it helps. UB3R allows you to post in some status restricted sections like the non-free accounts section.

EDIT: If you get a PM asking for rep, forward it to staff and they will take of it.

And I'll be 100% it's really isn't worth the money. Only plus I'll say is being able to exchange with other people since they don't trust non upgraded ones. And no rep4rep comes into play when you're uber. They'll neg rep you and say something like "PM me to remove" and you both end up +3 each other. Seen it done plenty of times.

Definitely worth it. Your experience on Hack Forums will increase greatly. You will have access to a lot of cool features and be viewed differently by fellow members. It may sound wrong, but people honestly do view people differently based on their upgrade status, reputation etc.
