No idea why you're sharing a Key via a property through 2 different functions. That would be nearly an anti-pattern for something more suitable for the constructor to set, as with probably the initial seed for the random. Otherwise, it shouldn't be set at all from the functions and should be set externally when needed. Xor encryption is really weak anyways.
