What mostly do you use for simple animation stuff like
Banner,Signature,Logo,Text,Avatar etc
I am familiar to Photoshop animation feature & thought of giving it a try as it does layer based animation.
Any other tools you guys recommend?
please share your opinion.

For simple animations, just keep using photoshop.
It might seem a bit newbie, but no need to make things more difficult than needed, if your skills don't apply to After Effects yet.

If you want to do more advanced stuff instead of scaling, opacity and position animations, you'll be better off with AE or maybe even Animate.
Animate actually have a pretty easy workflow in terms of shaping elements and such.
