What I mean up to date is basically I want to know if its even running to its full potential, is there any benchmark tests or any compyter tests to find out if its running at full potential? ALSO I really appreciate you reading this just incase you're wondering ._... also if I overclock anything in the bios my computer just doesn't turn on so lets leave bois out of this..

If you are gaming, run game benchmarks and see what frame rates you get. Post your full list of hardware specs and compared the frame rates you get compared to other people with the same hardware.
